My Background

  • Entrepreneurship

Through my company, N&B Trucking 23 LLC, I secured a contract with Firetree Halfway House to provide employment for formerly incarcerated individuals — helping them reenter society with purpose, dignity, and economic opportunity.

  • Youth Development

With my nonprofit, Turning Point Transitions Inc., I provide young people with hands-on trade experience by involving them in my property management work. Under the supervision of professional maintenance staff, students learn real skills that will open doors to real futures.

  • Justice Reform

I’ve been at the forefront of historic justice reform victories. I helped pass the Clean Slate Act, fought for the Less is More Act and HALT Solitary Confinement Act, and have continuously met with lawmakers across Syracuse about life-changing laws.

  • Housing Advocacy

As a former Community Ambassador with the Center for Community Alternatives, I helped connect tenants with code enforcement, housing inspectors, and landlords to improve substandard living conditions — ensuring children had safe homes to grow in.

The Mission

  • For Students

To prioritize every students access to high-quality education through the expansion of STEAM and CTE programs to succeed in their futures.

  • For Staff

To advocate for better support, professional development opportunities, and competitive compensation, ensuring our educators feel valued and empowered in their work.

  • For Families

To ensure equitable funding for access to the necessary resources designed to support a child’s educational journey and overall well-being.

  • For Community

To create a safer, more inclusive environment by ensuring that schools are not just places of learning but also community pillars, where safety, support, and engagement thrive for all members.
